For our UK Branch we are looking for a resourceful, driven and results-oriented Junior Sales who will follow the Northern European market. Your main goal will be to help us set and drive sales revenue by effectively identifying, engaging and converting prospective clients.
Main Tasks and Activities:
- Identify ideal customers within the Northern European market
- Develop overall sales strategy along with sales leadership
- Execute successful sale campaign insuring customer requirements are understood and met
- Manage pricing and contract negotiation process along with Akeron leadership and customers
The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:
- UK resident/full settlement status
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of proven track record in sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals within the software industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
- Capacity to identify challenges faced by clients and propose effective solutions
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client demands, and evolving software technologies
- Capability to analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales strategies
- Being proactive and driven to achieve sales target and contribute to the overall growth and success of Akeron
