For our Customer Success department, we are looking for Erp Consultants. You will be placed within a dynamic and rapidly expanding team and will support customers from requirements gathering and process analysis to implementation of the technological solution, in synergy with the software development teams.

 

Main Tasks and Activities:

  • Analyzing the customer’s needs in order to understand the requirements and structure a customised intervention plan.
  • Manage the implementation timeline by drawing up a project GANTT.
  • Implement the new ERP solution starting from the analysis phase, deciding on workflows up to the final UAT phase
  • Drawing up documentation on ERP customisations/configurations
  • Carry out training related to standard and custom modules
  • Carry out testing and support for anomaly resolution during project implementation

 

The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:

  • Belonging to the Protected Categories (L. 68/99)
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an ERP consultant
  • General process knowledge of project-based companies
  • Previous experience in the IT consultancy field

 

We would also like you to have:

  • Experience in the AFC module
  • A good knowledge of the English language
