For our Sales Operation department, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst. Your main objective will be to support and optimise the sales process of our sales team.

 

Main Tasks and Activities:

  • Drafting sales contracts for new customers or existing customers requesting a project extension or contract renewal.
  • Supporting the sales staff from the sending of the contract to the signing phase by the client
  • Management of contract archiving
  • Management of weekly reporting for the Board and monthly reporting for Finance (preparation of reports on the company pipeline and RR portfolio
  • Managing the renewal of the client portfolio in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales
  • Monitoring and managing sales performance and related compensation

 

The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:

  • Law degree
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years preferably in multinational companies operating in the IT sector
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability to independently plan and schedule various types of activities
  • Fluent knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to meet challenges
