For our Office Management department we are looking for an Office Manager. Your main goal will be to facilitate the daily operations of all company stakeholders through the management of secretarial activities in the various technical and organizational aspects.

 

Main Tasks and Activities:

  • Oversee day-to-day front office operations
  • Support the management of the AD agenda efficiently
  • Organizing meetings and gatherings, preparing everything necessary in advance, including documents, presentations and equipment
  • Telephone management
  • Coordinating the flow of information between the various company departments and external parties
  • Supervising both computer and paper archives
  • Working closely with the marketing and people & culture teams to organise company events, meetings and cultural initiatives
  • Collect requests for office maintenance and improvements by making appropriate requests for action, verifying that they are carried out on time and in the correct manner by suppliers
  • Make detailed arrangements for meetings, appointments, press conferences and lunches with clients
  • Manage corporate travel bookings, including train/airplane tickets and accommodation
  • Supervise the company car fleet, ensuring regular maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance

 

The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:

  • Belonging to the Protected Categories (L. 68/99, art. 18)
  • Previous experience in secretarial, front-office and/or back-office roles
  • Diploma and/or Degree in Humanities or related disciplines
  • Good knowledge of the English language (at least level B2)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude

 

We would also like you to have:

  • Experience in the role in modernly organized companies like ours
  • Knowledge of a second language
