For our Customer Success department, we are looking for an ERP Consultant. You will be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team and will support customers from requirements gathering and process analysis to the implementation of the technological solution, in synergy with the software development teams.

Main Tasks and Activities:

  • Analysing the customer’s needs in order to understand the requirements and structure a customised intervention plan.
  • Manage implementation schedules by developing a project GANTT
  • Implement the new solution starting from the analysis phase, deciding on workflows up to the final UAT phase
  • Drawing up documentation relating to customisations/configurations
  • Carry out training related to standard and custom modules
  • Carry out testing and support for anomaly resolution during project implementation

The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in implementing ERP software
  • General knowledge of the processes of companies working on a contract basis
  • Previous experience in the IT consultancy sector

We would also like you to have:

  • A degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  • A good knowledge of English (level B2)
  • Excellent organisational skills
