For our Customer Success department, we are looking for an IT Project Manager. Your main focus will be to ensure that digitization projects are completed effectively, efficiently and within the defined time, cost and quality requirements.
Main Tasks and Activities:
- Project Planning: Definition of project goals, distribution of tasks, estimation of time and resources needed
- Resource Management: Assignment of tasks to team members, performance monitoring and conflict management
- Communication: Facilitating communication between team members, customers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties involved are informed about the status of the project
- Monitoring and Control: Constant monitoring of the project’s progress in relation to the initial planning, identification and timely resolution of any deviations
- Risk Management: Identification and assessment of risks related to the project, development of strategies to minimize them and management of critical situations
- Quality Assurance: Implementation of processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the software product, including regular testing and reviews
- Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and managing financial resources efficiently
- Customer relations: Coordination of activities with the customer, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Post-Project Assessment: Analysis of project results, identification of areas for improvement and collection of feedback for future projects
- Team Development: Providing support and leadership to the team, identifying training and professional development needs
The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:
- Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Humanistic Informatics
- Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
- Previous experience in implementing digitalization projects
- Ability to lead complex projects
- Experience in planning, leading and facilitating meetings with different stakeholders (e.g. delivery managers and CEOs)
- Results orientation, determination, proactivity, leadership and teamwork
- Availability for travel throughout the country
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent standing and communication skills
