1) Where will the event take place and which hotel do you suggest choosing as the most convenient?
The General Session will take place in Lucca at the Teatro del Giglio, in Piazza del Giglio . The dinner on the 23rd will be held in Pietrasanta at Paradis Agricole.
The venues for Management Meeting and Sales & Marketing Kick off will be in Pietrasanta as well. Therefore we suggest to book an hotel in Pietrasanta. If you want, you can take advantage of the “Akeron Kick Off Event Package” (you can find out more details here)
Moreover, we highly recommend internal organization efforts aimed at minimizing the use of cars, enhancing parking convenience.
2) What time should I arrive for the General Session on January 23rd?
The Kick Off starts at 5.00 pm, so please arrive at 4.30 pm to make registration and welcome easier.
3) Where can I park the car?
We recommend parking in the afternoon at the paid parking lot Parcheggio Cittadella, while in the evening, we suggest parking near the venue Paradis Agricole in Pietrasanta.
For the “Management Meeting Kick Off” and “Sales & Marketing Kick Off”, please park your car here, as the entrance is located here, at Museo Musa.
4) How should I dress?
This is an informal day, so business casual clothing (trousers, shirt, and comfortable shoes) is recommended.
5) Is there an aperitif or dinner after the General Session on January 23rd?
Yes, after the Kick Off, we will be having a light dinner at the Paradis Agricole, in Pietrasanta.
6) Can I change my outfit for the dinner?
A change of clothes is not necessary, but you are welcome to wear a different outfit.

7) What is the closing time on each day?
The Kick Off days will end as follows:
- On January 23rd at around 10:00 pm
- On January 24th at 5.30 pm
- On January 25th 5.30 pm

8) Are there any transportation options available from the airport to the Kick Off venue and to the hotel? If yes, is there a charge for using this service?
Yes, we have a shuttle service that operates exclusively for our Kick Off.
The shuttle service must be booked in advance and paid for at the desired time. If you need it, please contact our Reception team at centralino@akeron.com.
Yes, if you book the “Akeron Kick Off Package” transfers during the Kick Off days are included. We can also take care of your transfer from/to the airport but this is not included in the package and shall be paid directly to the taxi driver (we can confirm you fees if needed).
